XHS Studio 是一个面向小红书内容团队的多 Agent 工作流产品，目标不是单点生成内容，而是把策略、拆解、执行和复盘放进一个连续流程。
我解决的问题
- 多角色协作时，信息会在 brief、文案、排期和复盘之间反复丢失。
- 传统 AI 工具只能加速单一步骤，却不能解决上下文断裂。
- 内容团队需要的是流程级辅助，而不是孤立的 prompt。
我做的事情
- 设计了多 Agent 分工与上下文传递方式。
- 搭建了从品牌输入到内容输出的核心链路。
- 以 MVP 形式完成独立开发与部署，用真实流程验证产品方向。
Overview
XHS Studio is a multi-agent workflow product built for Xiaohongshu content teams. The goal was not isolated generation, but a continuous system that connects strategy, decomposition, execution, and review.
Problem
- Context gets lost as teams move between briefs, planning, copywriting, and retrospectives.
- Typical AI tools only speed up one step and do not solve workflow fragmentation.
- Content teams need process-level assistance, not isolated prompts.
What I Built
- Designed a multi-agent structure with explicit context handoff.
- Built the core flow from brand input to content output.
- Shipped and deployed an MVP solo to validate the product direction with a real workflow.
